MOTEL RESERVATION

Why you should choose Trading Post

The Trading Post & Motel was built in the late 1940's as a gas station, convenience store and motel. It has been transformed in the last 3 years into a show place. Our gas station includes pay at the pump, but you really should come inside. The store will wow you with its original wood beam ceiling and its fully stocked merchandise, including food, jewelry, t-shirts, coins, handmade local items, knives, pottery, propane cookers, ice cream and much more. We have a handicapped accessible restroom as well as two more newly renovated restrooms outside.

Nice little spot to stop at and get gas along highway 180. Not a ton of spots to stop at along the way so it was definitely worthwhile. Was quite nice inside and the restrooms were nice and clean as well. Gas prices were reasonable and the staff was pleasant. I’ll definitely be stopping here again when I’m in the area as it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

This is a great store! Has a little bit of everything. Always clean, restroom is beautiful. Gas 24/7 and great gift items! Very friendly staff too.

I was really impressed with the complete renovation of this old "general store". The restroom is now located inside of the store instead of outside like in past years. It is beautiful now!
